The Enneagram

I use the Enneagram as a starting point in our coaching relationship. The Enneagram is a powerful tool to establish who you are and why you do what you do. Using the Enneagram will enable us to open the door for the journey of self-discovery and self-awareness.

During this process you will become aware of various aspects of your unconscious habits and how it trigger your behaviour.

The problem with these unconscious habits is that they:

Keep us in a familiar space or comfort zone and when we are confronted with a new or unfamiliar situation, we become uncomfortable and it puts us out of our comfort zone.
Enable us to make predictions based on past experiences and we then use it as a predictor of what is going to happen in the future.

Once you become aware about your unconscious habits, you’ll understand yourself and your decision making processes better, and it’ll make your life more visible and comprehensible.

Knowing, understanding and accepting yourself are the foundation of creating a meaningful and successful life.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching structure is you, and I meet you where you are to create the best coaching approach that will serve our partnership into this journey of growth.

I can also offer a heart-centred approach. I believe that we are all seeking to love, to be loved and to feel lovable and whatever we are doing and going through and want to achieve is always heading ultimately into the direction of Love. The root of any struggle that we might be facing stems from this lack of Love.

My role is to help you re-centre into Love when you are drifting away and to keep on returning to this centre. It is this constant returning and continuous dedication to re-turn to love that makes your life centred on Love.

We can also dive deeply into your vision of success, to understand the motivation, the intention and the meaning of your goal. Success is to realize your sacred goal, to embrace it so you can become an expression of your success.
